Summer Writing Camp

This program teaches your student:

• How to take notes from a source or from their thoughts and make an outline.
• How to then take that outline and put it into a rough draft by dictating or typing.
• How to take the rough draft and edit with dress-ups.
  • take out banned words such as eat/ate, say/said, and replace with nimble or gobble, yelled or whispered
  • add ly words
  • add who/which phrases
  • add strong verbs
  • add because clause
• How to write from a source text.
• How to write the same topic from multi-sources.
• How to inventive write.
• How to write a formal essay – middle/highschool only.
